Did the triple divorce occur with the pronouncement "you are divorced" at separate times, and is it permissible to return after the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta's fatwa permitting it?

If the situation is as you described, involving three divorces, then you have been irrevocably separated from your husband by a major, irreversible divorce. You will not become lawful for him again unless you marry another man willingly, he consummates the marriage with you, and then divorces you or dies, and your waiting period (iddah) expires. However, if trustworthy scholars (Ahl al-Ilm) issue a fatwa allowing reconciliation because the divorce was an innovative (bid'i) divorce, then there is no harm in acting upon their opinion. But if you are certain that three divorces have occurred and you are not reassured by their opinion, then it is not lawful for you to remain with him. If he does not acknowledge the divorce, then you must free yourself from him through khul'.
