Does movement for the purpose of standing after the second Tasleem invalidate the prayer, especially in the presence of intrusive thoughts (Waswasah)?

What is established in the Sunnah is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to give two salutations (at the end of prayer). Jurists have differed regarding the ruling on the second salutation. The majority of scholars hold it to be recommended, while the Hanbalis consider it obligatory in the obligatory prayer. As for past prayers performed with a single salutation, there is no harm in them.
