The answer

"Leave the whispers (waswas), for both Wady (pre-ejaculate) and Mathy (prostatic fluid) necessitate ritual cleansing ('). It is permissible to use dry ablution (istijmar) for their discharge. If you suffer from incontinence (sals), perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. You are not obligated to perform istinja' and re-protect yourself (with a barrier) according to many scholars. There is leniency in the Maliki for those for whom performing ablution for every prayer is difficult, and they have made it easier regarding the ruling on this discharge and the obligation to remove it. You may act upon the opinion of the Malikis as long as you are afflicted with waswas."
