How is the estate of a man who left behind a son, three sisters (daughters of the deceased's father), and 28 Qirat of land to be distributed?

If a man dies leaving a son and three sisters, all the wealth goes to the son. If he dies leaving a daughter and sisters, the daughter gets half, and the remainder goes to the sisters if they are full sisters or paternal half-sisters. As for maternal half-sisters, they do not inherit. Inheritance cases must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for precise investigation into the existence of other heirs, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
