Is it permissible for a young man to marry his paternal uncle's daughter if the groom's mother breastfed the bride's father?

It is forbidden for a young man to marry a young woman if the young man's mother nursed the young woman's father. This is because the young woman's father becomes the young man's brother through suckling, and consequently, the young woman becomes his niece. Allah Almighty has forbidden marriage to nieces in His Book: "Prohibited to you are your mothers and your daughters and your sisters and your paternal aunts and your maternal aunts and the daughters of your brother and the daughters of your sister." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is forbidden by lineage is forbidden by suckling."
