What is the difference between wisdom, a good exhortation, and debating them with what is best?

The call to the way of Allah must be with wisdom, good counsel, and disputation in the best manner.

Wisdom is for those who respond to the truth, good counsel is for the heedless, and disputation in the best manner is for the opponents. This is because people are of three types:

Those who know the truth and act upon it (they are called with wisdom). Those who know the truth but their souls do not agree to act upon it (they are admonished with good counsel). Those who do not know the truth, but rather oppose it (they are disputed with in the best manner).
