Is giving one or two words to an outstanding colleague in the examination committee, with the aim of helping him recall the rest of the answer, considered among the deception forbidden by the Hadith "He who deceives us is not of us"? And is this permissibility limited to outstanding students only, or does it include everyone, regardless of their excellence or ability to deduce the rest of the answer?

The teacher or supervisor conveying answers to students during an exam is a prohibited form of cheating and a betrayal of trust, by any means whatsoever, whether by stating the answer in full or in part. This is unlawful due to the generality of the Hadith: "Whoever cheats us is not one of us." It also corrupts morals, harms the nation, lowers the standard of education, and weakens the sense of responsibility. The student should report the teacher to the administration if the teacher informs him of the answer. A student's excellence does not justify assisting him in a way that violates exam regulations.
