What is the ruling on someone who dislikes giving answers to students during an exam but cannot prevent them from cheating off him, knowing that he tried to move to another committee but his request was rejected? And does the ruling that "the one who facilitates cheating is more sinful and bears a greater burden than the one who cheats for himself" apply to him?

You have done well by repenting from cheating, but assisting colleagues in it is impermissible due to Allah's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, do not inform anyone who asks you for answers with the intention of cheating, and advise them to abandon it. Also, do not leave your paper for others to view. Allah's pleasure is more worthy of consideration, for whoever seeks Allah's pleasure despite people's displeasure, Allah will spare him the trouble of people. Seek forgiveness from Allah for what has passed, and do not enable anyone to cheat from you. You are not to be blamed for what happened without your knowledge, as Allah says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity."
