Is it permissible for a woman to nurse us while we are men, given the availability of male nurses?

Hospitals must allocate male nurses for men and female nurses for women, as well as male doctors for men and female doctors for women. It is permissible to deviate from this in cases of extreme necessity, such as when only a doctor of the opposite gender is knowledgeable about the illness. The purpose of this separation is to avoid temptation (fitna) and unlawful seclusion (khalwa).
