It is permissible for a woman to go out to work if there is a need for her or for society, provided that she goes out dressed in lawful attire, not perfumed, and avoids working in mixed environments as much as possible, and avoids speaking with men unnecessarily. There is no harm in a woman working in a place designated for women, while adhering to the lawful , and it does not harm if she passes through mixed places to reach her workplace, provided precautions are taken against men entering upon her without prior notification.
