The answer

If a girl experiences one of the signs of puberty before mid-, such as a wet dream or menstruation, she must begin fasting from that moment. She should break her fast during her menstrual period and make up those days later. She does not need to make up any fasts she missed before puberty. However, if she reached puberty before Ramadan and did not fast, she must make up those days.
