Is the work of the auditor who sells goods on credit and charges financial penalties for late payment considered usurious, given that he is unable to refuse this procedure?

This is blatant usury and it is impermissible to engage in it or cooperate with those who do, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of interest, if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade consuming usury and considered it one of the seven destructive sins. The Fiqh Council has unanimously ruled that a penalty clause for late payment is the forbidden usury of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah). If you are unable to avoid approving this transaction, then you must leave your job.
