What is the punishment for a wine pourer, and is someone who works in a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages, even if they do not pour them themselves, punished?

The one who serves alcohol is cursed by the tongue of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed alcohol and those who deal with it, including the one who serves it.

Therefore, it is not permissible to work in serving alcohol because it is one of the major sins. Nor is it permissible to work in a place where alcohol is served, or to order its presentation to customers, because that is a form of assisting in wrongdoing.
