What are the causes of distress and the inability to comprehend, manage time, memorize, and revise, and how can they be overcome before it is too late?
We advise the questioner to fear Allah, to maintain the obligatory prayers, and to keep away from forbidden acts. This can be achieved by consistently reciting morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), associating with good women, listening to beneficial lessons and lectures that discuss high aspirations, the immense responsibility, and the challenges facing Muslims, and by staying away from bad company, songs, and TV series. She should seek Allah's help and strengthen her resolve and will, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and there is good in both. Be keen on what benefits you, seek Allah's help, and do not be helpless. If something befalls you, do not say: 'If only I had done such and such,' but say: 'Allah has decreed, and what He willed has happened,' for 'if only' opens the door to the work of Satan."
