Is it permissible to supplicate that Allah gathers us with the Messenger around the Basin and in Paradise?

The supplication that Allah Almighty gathers us with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, around the Pond and in Paradise, is a sound and commendable supplication, indicating the high aspiration of the one who supplicates. It requires great deeds, as it was narrated from Rabi'ah ibn Ka'b al-Aslami that he asked the Prophet for his companionship in Paradise, and the Prophet replied: "Help me achieve this for you by prostrating much." This does not mean that the Prophet has the power to admit anyone into Paradise, but rather it is a request for supplication from him.
