Is it permissible to agree with a medical center to refer all employees to it in exchange for a commission of one Dinar per employee?

It is not permissible to take the difference between what the company gives for the medical examination and what the medical center requests, without the company's permission, because it is consuming wealth unjustly and a breach of trust. This money is the right of the company, and it is not permissible to take it except with its consent.
