Are there not in the common interpretations of poverty and wealth, and sickness and health—related to the believer and the disbeliever—different interpretations of the same matter that are consistent with what is intended to be conveyed to people?

Allah decrees what He wills with knowledge and wisdom, and the believer must be content and submit, for this world is a realm of trials. We are not to impose anything upon Allah, for He, Glory be to Him, decreed disparity for a reason. The occurrence of disasters is not limited to Muslims, and a calamity might be a blessing for a Muslim, atoning for their sins. The primary reason for the Muslims' decline is their deviation from obedience to Allah, in addition to their reliance on others and their failure to exert effort in acquiring material strength. The victory of the Ummah is linked to achieving faith, obeying the Most Merciful, and exerting material efforts. One must think well of the muftis and ask those who are trustworthy and knowledgeable.
