Are those who brazenly commit sins deprived of intercession, and will they be forgiven, based on the Hadith: "All of my Ummah will be forgiven except for those who brazenly commit sins"?

All of my ummah (nation) will be forgiven except for the mujahiroon (those who publicize their sins). This is because Allah conceals a servant's sin, but then the servant exposes himself by speaking about the sin he publicized. Such a person will not be forgiven, meaning he will not be granted forgiveness or be guided to repentance. A sin that is not kufr (disbelief) is under Allah's will. If a servant repents sincerely before the death rattle, then Allah accepts his repentance and removes the punishment for the sin. There is no evidence to suggest that one who publicizes his sins will be deprived of intercession, unless he deems the sin permissible or deviates from the Sharia.
