What is the ruling on a mother bequeathing all her gold to her daughter, while having two sons, one of whom is a minor, and the gold constitutes the largest part of the inheritance?

The mother's will that the gold be for her daughter after her death is a bequest to an heir, which is not executable unless the rest of the heirs agree. The bequeathed gold is to be divided according to Islamic law. There is no harm for any of the heirs who wish to relinquish their share to their sister, and whoever wishes to take their share is entitled to do so, as the will is not binding on them.
