Will the gold of a mother who wishes to divide it among her four daughters and two sons be included in the inheritance, what is the ruling of Islamic law on her action, and what do you advise this mother?

Gold is not included in inheritance unless its owner dies while possessing it. It is not permissible for her to divide it among her daughters to the exclusion of her sons, unless she gives each son the equivalent of his sister's share, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Fear Allah and be just among your children," and his saying: "Be fair among your children in giving gifts." An exception to this is preferring some children if there is a compelling reason, such as severe illness or a large family. A woman is advised not to prefer her daughters over her sons unless there is a legitimate justification, for injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection.
