Is there a difference between the knowledge of Allah and the power of Allah?

Destiny has four stages: Knowledge, Writing, Will and Volition, and Creation and Bringing into Existence. Allah's knowledge is more comprehensive than destiny, for He knows what was, what will be, and how what was not would have been had it been. He has ordained the measures of creation and written the deeds of His servants before they performed them. Then He commands the angels to write them after they are done, so that the two writings may be compared.
