Is it permissible to seek divorce from a husband who beats and insults his wife, talks to other women and views their obscene pictures, considering such acts permissible, especially when she suffers from depression and contemplates suicide, and what is the appropriate remedy for her condition?

It is recommended to be patient, supplicate frequently, and remember Allah, while being extremely careful not to think about suicide, as it is not a solution but rather a loss. As for the husband, his action is ugly and a clear sin. He should be advised kindly and reminded of Allah. If he repents, then praise be to Allah; otherwise, the wife is permitted to leave him through divorce or khulʿ. One must repent from spying on his phone, as it is forbidden by Islamic law.
