Is it true that performing the prostration of recitation (sujud al-tilawah) on the ground—despite its difficulty—while sufficing with an inclination (eema’) for the prostration in prayer—despite its obligatoriness—is considered giving precedence to the Sunnah over the obligatory (fard)?

If prostration causes difficulty that removes devotion from prayer, the person is excused, and nodding suffices. If the sick person endures the difficulty and performs the prayer fully, their prayer is valid, though disliked, for abandoning the ease and accepting the concession. Attending to the obligatory acts is more important than the Sunnah acts.
