Is it permissible for me to pray ten minutes before the 'Asr Adhan if my work requires me to be present before the prayer and does not allow me to perform it at its [proper] time?

It is not permissible to offer the prayer before its appointed time, except in cases where two prayers are combined due to an excuse such as illness, travel, or extreme hardship. If you are compelled to take this job, to the extent that you cannot find food or the like, then it is permissible for you to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers by offering them early (taqdim), until you find another job where you can perform the prayer at its proper time. If you find such a job, then it becomes obligatory for you to leave this current job. However, if you are not compelled to take this job, then it is not permissible for you to combine the prayers, and it is obligatory for you to perform the prayer at its proper time, even if that results in you losing the job.
