What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding dealing with an adulterous wife who has repented, and the man with whom she committed adultery, knowing that the husband did not neglect her rights?

A wife's betrayal of her husband is a major sin (kabirah). She must repent sincerely. If she repents, it is better to keep her and live with her kindly, striving to teach her matters of her religion, and protecting her from mixing with foreign men.

As for the man who betrayed the husband, he must be advised and reminded of the seriousness of his action.

The recordings and videos that contain forbidden acts must be destroyed.

Whoever falls into sins and transgressions must conceal himself.

The husband must be just between his two wives in spending the night, and there is no harm in preferring one in emotional matters.
