Does the inability to bear patiently the abandonment of a specific forbidden act constitute a refusal to submit to Sharia?

This person who says he is unable to abandon a certain forbidden act, if he acknowledges that Allah has forbidden it and admits his shortcomings, and seeks his Lord's forgiveness, then he is not too arrogant to submit to the Sharia. Rather, he is among the disobedient. If he dies upon Tawhid (monotheism), his ultimate destination is Paradise. One must be wary of yielding to whispers (waswas) concerning matters of disbelief.
