Is it permissible for a husband to compel his wife to gain weight under the pretext of obedience, and prevent her from conceiving until that happens, knowing that he enjoys her without consummating the marriage for two years, and is she entitled to refuse him due to the forfeiture of her right to enjoyment and procreation?

It is the right of both spouses to procreate and engage in intercourse. Neither of them is permitted to abstain without the consent of the other. Otherwise, the husband would be sinful and disobedient (nashiz), and in this case, the husband would be referred to the judiciary. The wife has the right to abstain from his bed until he grants her her right. These matters should be considered with fear of Allah the Almighty, and the wife ought to gain weight in response to her husband's request.
