Will Allah forgive the one who committed adultery and repented with sincere repentance, but still sees the woman with whom he committed adultery?

You have committed a grave sin and must repent sincerely from it. You must completely sever your relationship with this girl, for repentance is futile if one persists in the preliminaries to sin. Your parents' knowledge of the relationship does not alter the obligation to avoid meeting the girl.
