What is the ruling on changing the first wife's details and incorrectly writing her name in the second marriage contract with the intention of misleading her and not informing her?

If the first wife stipulated to her husband that he should not marry another, then it is not permissible for him to conceal his marriage to a second wife, because "Muslims are bound by their stipulations," and this is a valid stipulation. However, if she did not stipulate this, then he is not obliged to inform her, and it is permissible for him to lie to free himself from a law that mandates informing the first wife, provided that he does not expose himself to greater harm or corruption, or the loss of a legitimate right for his first wife.
