Is it considered disobedience for a son to ask his father for help with marriage, or to yell at him and utter harsh words in response to the father's refusal and confronting him with anger and praying against himself, knowing that the father does not work and relies on selling inherited land to support his family, and that the uncle is responsible for managing these properties?

It is not permissible to raise one's voice or be harsh in speech towards one's father, nor to supplicate against him, even if he is unjust. Rather, one must address him with politeness, reverence, and humility, and speak to him gently. Allah the Almighty says: "So do not say to them, 'uff,' and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, 'My Lord, have mercy upon them as they nurtured me when I was small.'" There is no objection to a son asking his father for help with marriage if the father is capable. Some scholars have even gone so far as to say that it is obligatory for the father to ensure his son's chastity if his maintenance is obligatory upon him.
