Is it permissible to benefit from usurious money disbursed by the company out of necessity, with the commitment to dispose of the same amount when relief comes?

Usurious gains are illicit money that must be spent on general Muslim welfare, or on the poor and needy. It is not permissible for the owner of such money to spend it on himself unless he is among the poor and needy, in which case he may take from it only what he needs. If it is permissible for him to benefit from it in this situation, he is not obliged to spend an equivalent amount if he later becomes wealthy, because he took it in a permissible manner.
