What is the ruling on marriage with the intention of divorce, and what is the solution for a husband who has not paid the deferred dower, abandoned his wife, and refrained from spending on her?

If the marriage fulfills all its conditions and pillars, which are: the permission and offer of the guardian, the acceptance of the husband, the presence of two just witnesses, and the absence of any impediments to marriage for both spouses; then the marriage is valid. The wife's hidden intention to divorce does not harm it because it is not in her hands, and she is not permitted to seek divorce without a legitimate Shar'i reason. As for how to deal with the husband, she should frequently supplicate for his guidance, endear herself to him with kind words and good treatment, while also demanding her rights to maintenance and housing.
