Does uncertainty regarding the acceptance of supplication—in order to avoid clashing with reality and to prevent building hopes on something that may not materialize—contradict the condition of certainty in its acceptance?

The answer to a supplication is not limited to the servant achieving their desired outcome. Rather, it may be by averting evil from them, or by saving the supplication for the Day of Judgment. The servant should supplicate to their Lord with certainty of being answered and with a present heart, entrusting their affair to Allah. For Allah does not answer the supplication from a heedless, distracted heart, and the servant will never be deprived of good by their supplication.
