If the company's system allows for the deduction of debt from end-of-service benefits, then there is no objection to it, and an agreement can be made with the company to repay the debt in this manner. However, if the debt repayment date is before the receipt of the benefits, then it is not permissible to delay it except with the company's consent, and the mere entitlement to benefits does not constitute repayment of the debt.
