Is it permissible to display a mummified or plastic fetus model to children in a da'wah (preaching/invitational) program to explain the Beautiful Names of Allah and clarify Allah's preservation, Exalted be He?

There is no harm in using artificial models in teaching children, whether they are of living beings or not. Islamic law has made concessions for children for the benefit of education and upbringing. However, the embalming and display of a real fetus is forbidden because it contradicts the honoring of humans and is an insult to the deceased, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Breaking the bone of a dead person is like breaking it when he is alive." The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating the impermissibility of embalming a fetus for superstitious purposes, and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen emphasized the impermissibility of embalming the deceased.
