How is the inheritance distributed if the heirs are: a mother, 15 sons, 14 daughters, 8 full brothers, 3 full sisters, 7 paternal half-brothers, and 11 paternal half-sisters?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the mother receives one-sixth as her prescribed share, due to the presence of a descendant heir, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And for his parents, each of them is to have a sixth of what he left if he had a child.﴾ The remainder goes to the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into (264) shares: the mother receives (44) shares, each son receives (10) shares, and each daughter receives (5) shares. There is nothing for the deceased's other relatives due to the presence of children.

Inheritance matters must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be another heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
