Does the wife deserve alimony if she left the marital home due to aversion and the impossibility of cohabitation, and the husband agreed to her living in another house, and this situation continued for more than three years?

A woman is not permitted to leave her husband's home without his permission, unless there is a necessity. If she does so, she is considered disobedient (nashiz) and forfeits her right to maintenance (nafaqah). If marital relations deteriorate, an arbitrator from his family and an arbitrator from her family should intervene to reconcile them or facilitate separation. If the wife dislikes her husband without him having caused her harm, she may seek a khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) by forfeiting some of her rights. If the husband does not agree to a divorce or khul', the wife may refer the matter to the Sharia court. If the wife remains married to her husband but does not allow him intimacy, she is not entitled to maintenance, unless the husband agrees to support her and waives his right to intimacy.
