Is it permissible to sell satellite dish decryption cards that are sold free of obscene channels, but which some people later program to watch those channels?

Selling subscription cards for channels that contain explicit content, or even regular channels that feature reprehensible acts, immorality, and violations of Islamic law, is forbidden (haram). It is not permissible for a Muslim to facilitate or aid in reprehensible acts under the pretext of seeking sustenance. Jurists have explicitly stated the prohibition of selling grapes to someone who will use them to make wine, so how much more severe is this case. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and He says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out, And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
