What is the ruling on cleaning all body areas with sweets by a female relative of the bride or another woman unrelated to her?

It is not permissible for a woman to clean or look at what is between the navel and the knee of another woman, whether she is a relative or a stranger, a bride or otherwise. Similarly, it is not permissible to clean the body with sweets except out of necessity.
