How can a young man, steeped in sins, addicted to immoral websites, and neglectful of prayer, repent with sincere repentance after wronging two girls and promising them marriage then abandoning them? And will God accept his repentance, seeing that he fears his conscience will not be cleared of the rights of people?
No matter how great the sin, Allah accepts the sincere repentance of His servant and forgives him, as stated in the Almighty's words: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins," and His saying: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"
Repentance consists of abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing oneself and not publicizing the sin. There is no need to seek out the girls for reconciliation; repentance and supplication are sufficient.
