أين يقع رأس الحسين وقبره الصحيح بين مزاعم أهل مصر والعراق؟

Al-Husayn, may Allah be pleased with him, was killed in Iraq in the 61st year of the Hijra, and his body was buried there. As for the claim that his head was transported to Egypt, it has no basis. Some meticulous scholars have denied this. What is prescribed is to invoke Allah's pleasure upon him and upon all the Companions.
