Where exactly are the graves of Sayyida Nafisa, Sayyida Zaynab, and Al-Husayn, may Allah be pleased with them, located?

Al-Husayn, may Allah be pleased with him, was buried in Karbala, and there is disagreement regarding the location of his head. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah denied that the Husayni Mosque in Cairo is the burial place of his head, mentioning that the most probable opinion is that the head was buried in Medina.

As for Lady Nafisah bint al-Hasan, she passed away and was buried in Egypt. Not much information has been reported about her life, and Al-Dhahabi mentioned that the Egyptians have ignorant beliefs concerning her, reaching the level of polytheism (shirk).

As for Zaynab bint Ali, the shrine attributed to her in Egypt is not where she is buried, and she did not come to Egypt at all. Rather, she returned to Medina after the killing of Al-Husayn, and it appears that she was buried with her family in Medina.
