What is the ruling on a husband who does not treat his wives justly and does not come to the home of his first wife and their children, and what is the reward for the wife who patiently endures this?

If a husband is unjust to his wife in his treatment, his punishment from Allah will be severe, and Allah may punish him in this world. The wife's patience in the face of this injustice carries a great reward, and she should continue to be patient, advise him, and supplicate for his rectification. The wife has the right to demand her legitimate rights, and if he does not respond, she is permitted to refer the matter to the judiciary if she deems it beneficial; otherwise, patience is better.
