Is the oppressed person who does not forgive his oppressor and harbors hatred for him considered among those who are spiteful, whose prayers are not accepted, especially on the night of the 15th of Sha‘ban?

The wronged person does not sin for the hatred that falls into their heart towards their oppressor. However, it is better for them to forgive and pardon in order to attain the reward of those who forgive and God's forgiveness. One must be keen to abandon desertion, severance, and animosity, especially on the night of mid-Sha’ban, to attain its فضائل (virtues). There is no evidence that prevents the acceptance of supplication on this night due to hatred.
