What is the ruling on sending someone to buy a commodity for me from a merchant who refuses to sell to me personally due to competition? And is it permissible to benefit from this commodity and profit from it, or is that considered deception?

It is not permissible to use deceit to purchase an item from a merchant who is unwilling to sell it to you, due to the Almighty’s saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another’s property unlawfully but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent." And due to His saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, selling is by mutual consent." However, it is permissible for you to purchase the item from someone who bought it from the merchant, without collusion.
