Is it permissible to undergo a body lift operation out of necessity, performed by a male doctor, knowing that there are no female doctors proficient in this field?

If the sagging is severe, disfiguring, or unbearably painful, a lift operation is permissible out of necessity. Otherwise, the default is impermissibility. It is not permissible for a male doctor to perform the operation unless there is no female doctor available, while observing the condition of no khalwa (private seclusion).
