Does the warning mentioned in the Hadith, "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a sound reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her," apply to me, taking into consideration the husband's refusal to take responsibility, his stopping work, his not praying, and his belief in sorcery?

If the husband does not pray and insists on it, and abandons his financial responsibilities, then the wife must seek a divorce from him. This is because some scholars consider one who abandons prayer to be a disbeliever, and in such a case, the hadith: "Any woman who asks for divorce without a sound reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her," does not apply to her.
