Is it permissible to describe Allah as the "Schemer" based on His saying, the Most High: "And they schemed, and Allah schemed; and Allah is the best of schemers"?

Some of the attributes of Allah’s actions, such as (scheming, planning, mocking, deceiving), are relative perfections. Allah describes Himself with them in contexts that necessitate praise and perfection, and they convey perfect knowledge, power, might, greatness, and justice. What is blameworthy among them is only that which involves lying and injustice. Allah is not described with them in an absolute sense, but rather in the context in which the texts appeared, which necessitates praise. It is not permissible to derive a name for Allah from them, because these actions are not praiseworthy in an absolute sense; rather, they are praised in one instance and blamed in another.
