What is the ruling on uttering the name of Allah inside the restroom by mistake, and how does one repent for that?

Remembering Allah in the restroom is disliked by many scholars because it contradicts proper manners and reverence. Any verbal remembrance in the restroom is disliked, unlike remembrance in the heart, which is not disliked.
