Remembering Allah in the restroom is disliked by many scholars because it contradicts proper manners and reverence. Any verbal remembrance in the restroom is disliked, unlike remembrance in the heart, which is not disliked. This ruling applies specifically to intentional acts, but if done out of forgetfulness, there is no sin in it.
