When is the last day of the waiting period (iddah) for a woman whose husband died on Jumada I 8?

The waiting period (iddah) for a widow is four months and ten days, based on the verse: {And those of you who die and leave wives behind them, they (the wives) shall wait (as regards their marriage) for four months and ten days.}

In calculating the iddah, lunar months are considered, and the last day of her iddah is the eighteenth of Ramadan, regardless of whether the lunar month has thirty or twenty-nine days.

However, if the widow is pregnant, her iddah ends upon delivering her burden, based on the verse: {And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they deliver their burden.}
